INSTALLATION DETAILS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR INSTALLATIONPlease ensure someone on site knows where the furniture is to be installed. Installer waiting is limited to 15 minutes; extra waiting time is charged at $20 + GST per 15 minutes. A $50 + GST cancellation fee applies if installation cannot proceed on arrival. Clear furniture from the installation area. Send an image if access is difficult; extra equipment or staff fees may apply. Furniture installation is warranted for 7 days and board installation for 90 days. Notify us of loose fittings or irregularities during the warranty period; a call-out fee applies afterwards.
